NEW REPORTING REQUIREMENT: Healthcare Providers with a Third-Party Medical Records Service. (1)

On July 1, 2023, HB 312 was enacted which requires all healthcare providers who utilize the services of a third-party medical records company to report this information to the Division of Professional Licensing. No longer accepting backdated supervisor verification forms.

As of January 1, 2023, the Division of Professional Licensing will NO LONGER ACCEPT backdated supervisor verification forms for licensees that fall under the Mental Health Professional Practice Act. For more information, please click here.
